Hi
When starting up my PC is said checking disk. I let this run then it came with a box I had never seen before asking for user ID and password. I left the passwo d blank as I have never had one. It the said loading user settings and took me to the screen page which then was blank from all icons and taskbar and menus and said application failed to initialise error coden(0xc0150002). When I then close this box it just stays on the page with nothing but the back ground picture. All my photos are on this stupid PC and its the onlybthing I am worried about. Someone please help me.

Thanks in advance.
