I have/had a 1tb hard drive in my computer that was partitioned into three logical drives. While having the C: drive replaced due to a hardware problem, the technician started to put in new operating system on the 1 tb drive.  He stopped before the full install, but now the drive reads empty.  Can you suggest how I can recover the data from the three partitioned drives.  Do you have an opinion on EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard?

The operating system is Windows 7 64-bit, service pack 1

Thank you for your time an effort.

Hi Jon, the Piriform Recuva software is quite well rated and worth a try. you can download it from here

http://www.piriform.com/recuva

Just click on the download button, ignore the "Buy Now" button, it is free for home use.
