I've never heard of that software until just now, but it looks like it's just an internet connection sharing software (which, is a function built in to windows so I don't know why anyone would really need it)....but as a general rule, 99% of all software packages that claim to boost your internet speeds....don't. they typically work by caching stuff you usually visit frequently or they block certain types of downloads (images and stuff) but they're often bundled with other garbage that will definitely not help your computer out.

The only one that can boost/increase your internet speeds is your Internet service provider.
