Ewido deleted our information in Quicken

Today, I posted a question and a HijackThis log because my boyfriend's computer was inundated with this Aurora ABI spyware stuff. Therock247uk was kind enough to guide me through the process of removing the spyware using ewido, etc. It seems as tho through the process of removing the spyware my boyfriend's banking information in his Quicken program got erased. Does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve this information? He used to be able to connect all of his bank accounts via the Internet to his Quicken program - but now, those accounts are no longer showing up with updates in his Quicken program. Please, please help. He's a bit freaked. Thank-you!!!!!!!!
