Hello,

This is the first time I have used a forum so please bear with me. My problem is the following.

Last week I changed broadband providers from orange to sky broadband. The changeover went smoothly and I can send and receive e mails via sky e mail.

My old orange account is now deactivated but I still can receive e mails from my old orange account. The problem is I would like to reply to some of those e mails but I cant do that. I tried to add an account in the sky e mails settings to allow this and sky sent me an e mail at the orange account which I had to click on a link to verify it. This I did but it still shows up as " not Verified" Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you David Irvine

You should be able to send E-mail from your Sky account to the originator of the E-mail your Orange account received. Just copy and paste the info from those E-mails into the one being sent from your Sky account so they know what you are referring to.
