A few days ago System memory has been just filling up on my hard drive for seemingly no reason. I didn't give it much thought so when it almost filled up I just kept deleted things I no longer needed to free room. But I keep ending back at 0bytes eventually without even doing anything. I thought it might be a virus and ran a system scan but that didn't seem to be it. Then I used WinDirStat and found a folder labeled CBS in my Logs folder that takes up 16 gigs. Is this normal? can I delete it? It's mainly two CbsPersist text documents that take up 10 gigs and 6 gigs each. If thats not it then any ideas? I also have 15 gigs of .dll and 12 gigs of . pp around on my hardrive that wont disappear when I try and have my Pc free disk space. Is there any way to track where It is going? Is it possible to have a memory leak? My hardrive has a total of 418 gigs for space.
System memory just keeps disappearing?
