Yes, I already did try the method they told me even before they told me. They weren't able to solve my problem, and that is why I decided to get help from this website. No one has been able to fix my problem.

Have you tried a system restore to the time before you created the issue?

I actually did think about doing that, but then I thought it wouldn't do anything since this is an issue with the internet, not with anything inside the computer. But, let me try it since you also have the same idea.

Okay. I tried it. That did not work. I will appreciate if I can get a solution rather than suggestions because as I said I have tried everything I could.

Sorry for the late answer mastermind.

Concerning the last post, here's what I can tell you : in the troubleshooting world, there's no real solutions to a problem on the first try. You should know that one problem can have many solutions, hence why you always get "suggestions" and not "solutions". A solution would mean that if you do it, your problem will be solved in one try, and 99% of the time, you won't get a "solution" for an issue that have such a broad description such as "X isn't working". Hence why we proceed with troubleshooting steps that relies on intel gathering, intel analysis and suggestions proposal.

Alright, is the issue still there ? Just to make sure that you still have it.
