The symptoms you are exhibiting point to hardware being the issue. At this point I'm going to suggest you post a topic in our Windows 7 forum and reference this post so that our hardware/software experts can see what has been done so far. I believe this to be the best course of action for your issue.

No problem. As discussed it doesn't appear your machine is infected with malware. Following are some steps to clean up (hopefully they will run) and also some information. 
 
1. Clean Up!
We need to remove all the tools that we used so that should you ever be re-infected, you will download updated versions which may have updated detection logic.

 

1. Download Delfix from here.
2. Ensure that only the following two options are checked.

    Remove disinfection tools

    Purge system restore

3. Click Run.

Note: The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Please paste the log in your next reply.
