Can anyone tell me if this log is clean, its a new computer, and im not sure if all the updates are updated.. ..so can u please tell me what i need to do?

4. While in safemode open Hijackthis and click scan. Then tick and fix the following in Hijackthis with all windows closed except Hijackthis.
