Just to clarify, have you uninstllaled Norton and are using an alternative AV software and things are ok!

Just a btw, Speccy shows that Windows Firewall was running (like Speedfan etc it does not always get things spot on).

Running: Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
Running: Windows Connect Now - Config Registrar
Running: Windows Event Log
Running: Windows Firewall
Running: Windows Font Cache Service
Running: Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)
Running: Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant
Running: Windows Management Instrumentation
Running: Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service
Running: Windows Search
Running: Windows Update

Deleted Norton and using MSE and everything was fine.

Then i realised Norton had all my passwords saved, so i have had to download Norton again and move all my passwords over to Firefox.

Then Norton is being deleted again.

Thanks Phil
