MS Excel Online Help - Only Works Once

In Excel when I press F1, Office Online Help starts and prompts for search criteria then displays the results. When any result string is clicked the detail is retreived.

On any subsequent attempt to click a result string I receive the following error message "Microsoft Excel - Error Starting MS Help - OK"

Sometimes on the second or subsequent attemp my internet explorer application is also closed.

After closing and restarting Excel the first attempt fails with the same error message.

After a reboot the same results occur.

Has anyone experienced similar problems or got any ideas on a resolution ?
