Just to make sure this def isn't the browser, try tools/internet options.../security/security level st to low. Then only go to take40, or a site u trust wont do any harm, and see if it works. If it does then set the browser back to medium, and see which script things are then disabled, enable each script thing one by one (make active X a prompt), testing the page after each enable. If it works after checking one, then uncheck the other ones you checked one by one, testing, to see if you need two enabled.
