Hi,
I downloaded a 30-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat XI last month to take advantage of certain features but choose not to purchase the program and removed it from my computer. Since then my Dell laptop has been bombarded with virus attacks that slow down processing and prevent access to Internet Explorer. My anti-malware/anti-virus programs continue to identify and remove several registry errors (ActiveX, user-related and junk) each day but the attacks reoccur. I learned that ads streaming through Adobe can introduce viruses so I removed all other Adobe programs except for PDF creator. Processing speed improved but some issues continued. So, I removed Yahoo messenger, toolbar and software updater today and processing speed appears to have returned to normal.
However, now my anti-malware/anti-virus program identified a problem identified as listed in the attached .xlm error log.
Is this a problem that should be fixed or ignored? I know some programs can run in both 32 and 64 bit mode but others can only run in 32 bit mode.
