Where is the graphics card on this computer and how do I take it out ?

Any afford good video cards to replace my current graphics card and would fit ?

Your computer does not have a discrete (add on) graphics card, it is integrated into the CPU, (central processing unit).

As with nearly all brand name computers like HP/Dell, the PSU (power supply unit) is nearly always a low one, in your case 300 watts.   This limits how powerful a video card you can install, without upgrading the PSU.

 

What is the reason for upgrading the video?

What would be your budget?

I would like to get more fps when I play games. But seeing as how this has limits to what you can upgrade I think I'll just buy a gaming PC. Thank you for your help
