Hi guys,

I'm looking to host a Wordpress site, and am looking for a cheap deal. If it's free (and reliable and decent) all the better.

But I'm completely new to this.

Any suggestions?

This sign applies to most things in life:

good_cheap_fast_sign.jpg

Good - Fast - Cheap

Pick two...

Good and cheap won't be fast.

Good and fast won't be cheap.

Fast and cheap won't be good.

There are many hosts that offer cheap plans, but they probably oversell their servers, support is slow, and so are their servers. http://wpengine.com/ specializes in Wordpress hosting, but they start at $20/mo. If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, https://www.digitalocean.com/ starts at $5/mo.

It will depend on the site itself. What you are going to do with that? is it the site is regularly need to login and post a content or If it is just a static website? As the picture said, if you want to fast and cheap, then it will be no good. I've been there and done that. :D

Hi MJRevell,

Dont find free hosting provider. If you are new on web hosting, you can just create account at wordpress.com. You can try and customize your wordpress site. Or just find hosting provider that range $3.00-$5.00/month to host your wordpress site, you can find reliable hosting provider. I have good experience with asphostportal to host my blog site. You can consider them.
