It is worth you checking out the tutorial provided courtesy of Rorschach112 here you are obviously aware that trying to be overly safe can actually have detrimental affects so you have the upperhand on this already 
Hope the tutorial helps and please let us know what protection you finally settle on, MSE and MBam are a very good start btw
