Here is the problem:

Facebook videos are green and I'm not able to view them, but sound is good. I have tried to install adobe flashplayer to no avail all it does is give me a black box and never finishes installing.

I'm running windows 7 pro on a 64bit system. Any ideas?

Hi William G,

:welcome:

Try this as a quick fix to your green screen  http://lifehacker.co...re-acceleration

Although this is a quick fix, you may also try to update your Graphics card drivers software. Which browsers are you using ? Did you check 1. control panel for Adobe Flash Player, 2. Browsers add on page to update it there if on system already.?

Try download here and uncheck the McAfee Security download   http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
