ok thank you Naat  I reinstall Windows and its working great ..

wich free antivirus do you recommend and you think malwarebytes its a good choice..

Malwarebytes is an anti-malware scanner. It is a good choice, but it won't replace an anti-virus. For that I can recommend you either Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials. I don't recommend any paid products.
