Every time I use Internet Explorer it crashes at the end of the session.

I use Windows 8.1 Pro with IE 11.

It's happened now on 2 of my computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it happens all the time then you can try starting IE without Add-ons and see what happens.

Press Windowkey +R, type iexplore -extoff and press Enter.

You get a IE page that says: Internet Explorer is currently running without add-ons

If it doesn't fail, then see here: Manage add-ons in Internet Explorer
