Hello, it still didn't work, although it took about a minute for it to crash instead of immediately. What happens is, it opens 2 windows for some reason. IDK if that has something to do with anything? Thanks for your help. It is my default browser that I prefer so want to get this straight. Nothing was changed on my computer before this randomly started happening, I don't understand.

Hmm... sounds like something interfering but in Safe Mode it's not so active.

Might be one of your security programs.

Try disabling Windows Defender and see if that makes a difference.

To disable Windows Defender go to Start and in the Search programs and files box, type Defender,

  • In the list that presents, click Windows Defender
  • Click Tools > Options
  • Click Administrator, select or clear the Use this program check box, and then click Save

If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Now the other one. :)

Disable your Trend Micro security and see if that makes a difference.

Oh well, worth a try I think.

Let's have another look with FRST.

Please run another FRST scan with the Addition.txt box ticked and post back the two logs generated - FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
