Hey, what's up guys.
My name is D'angelo, i'm from brazil, and i could use some help.

To start with, my notebook settings:
-Acer V5-573PG-9610
-i7 - 4500u 1.8ghz turbo 3ghz
-Intel graphics Family hd
-Nvidia geforce gt750m 4gb (with nvidia optimus)
-8gb ram ddr3 l
-1T hd
-x64b

-Acer Nplify 802.11a/b/g/b +BT 4.0 ( I don't know what is that)

Okay, i don't know where to find my motherboard...
i tried to look into cpu-z, and all i got was: Acer Dazzle_HW a01 board version Haswell-ULT. V2.28

The problem:
Yesterday i tried to update my Windows 8 to Windows 8.1... bad move.
It said, 2 hours later, that it could not be done and its going to revert the updates.

So, i tried to update all my network adapters, its all good.

I tried to clean all my pc (i buy it 1 month ago)

So guys, could anyone please help me?

i want to update, and i see that many people got this problem, but it's so many answers around the internet that i don't know what i do or not.

Thank you!

:welcome:    Dangeloaugusto,

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here this may tell us the MBs model name + any software that could be stopping 8.1 from installing.

Pretty much the same as why I like Windows 8 and 8.1 then

I think that too many negatives came about because of the initial loss of the Start orb and the touch screen element, people are loathe to change I'm afraid.

Looks like the OP is not going to respond. Phishing expedition maybe?
