Hi,

Looking at all the different specs available for everything you told us, the only bottleneck I can think of may be either a faulty flash drive, or USB3 to PCIe card fitted, or just a poor or worse scam make of USB3 PCIe card, as the details and make of that are the only thing you didn't tell us, would help if you know the make and model of USB3 PCIe card you had fitted and can let us know please.

Everything else on the computer should give the high speeds required.

Just out of interest have you tried a different file type instead of the audio one, perhaps a video file and then logged the transfer speed of that?

Nev.
