getting a lot of (not responding) on programs lately

just ran a reliability and performance test with windows

had a few red flags.

high rate of split i\o per seconde

it's not recognizing ms security essentials as antivirus?

average disk queue length is 5

 

i have two external drives plugged in at all times

most of the time downloading torrent's to them.

ruining disk defragmenter now.

 

plan on running performance test again after defrag

 

is there any thing else i need to do?

had some trouble with zoek?

i had to run it like 3 times

it would open a window a whole bunch of info would appear and then it was gone??

i think it finally worked properly after a bit.

 

i cant get smart de frag to open a full window?

i can scan but cant get to the defrag button. lol

can i fix this or is there an other free defrag i can get?

 

i got 360 total security on my pc, should i delete ms security essentials?

360 is scanning my hard drives now.

it found a threat and is kind of slow now,the scan dose not seam to be progressing any more.

i paused it and un-paused it but it's not progressing at the moment.

 

any suggestions.

 

i think my pc sent a report to 360 about the issue.

my security center is still not recognizing any anti virus product

i have 360 installed and ruining is the security center thing an issue?

still looking for a good defrag program.

it's an old pc do you think this is the best i can get it to?

i'm having trouble removing bittorrent from my pc 

it dos not show up in ccleaner or windows uninstall 

i'v got max uninstaller going now but i find it's taking a abnormal amount of time. at least 1/2 hour now!

dont know if i should start a new post or if we can go from here?
