I was on Facebook and wanted to post a pic , so I plugged my iPhone 4 into my desk top PC , we'll I didn't see anything come up from windows, it popped up w iTunes then offered me to install iTunes and quik time which I did install both of them . Then it asked if I want to restart PC so I did and then it went to start up recovery , then it took a longtime before it stated it can not repair. I looked at details it told me due to a recent installation of program or hardware , so it can't fix to contact my administrated. Ok I know that it's the iTunes and quik time how do I correct this if I can't open windows? I have nothing but problems when ever I do install
iTunes. Please someone tell me the right thing to do.
