I only have two options, start system up normally (which then gives me this screen), or launch repair. When I do launch repair it takes forever to get to the screen. And when I get there I have no clue what i'm doing.

please help thank you!

Image is not attached. Usually be options for Startup repair, System restore, command prompt, system image recovery, windows memory diagnostics. There a recovery partition you are aware of ?
