i searched first .and all topics and books was about windows xp .and didnt noiticed the nt6.0,1,2,3(windows 7,8,10).
can you give me a link that has an answer?

at last ive found an article about the question:

windows7 and Linux supporting 1 to 1 models.windows 7 also supporting hybrid model(many to many).and also win32api(all windows nt family) support fiber .
