cant find drivers for windows 7 installation

My asus laptop crashed and subsequently I had to try and reinstall windows 7 however when I get through the startup and try loading from installation disks it stops at a point where it says that drivers cannot be found, then gives the option to browse but nothing can be found, any advice would be great, thanks
