I am trying to connect my wife's iPad to her PC to take all the pictures off of it and open up some memory. I also need to do the same thing to her iPhone. Is there some sort of trick to it or software it needs? I'm an Android guy and not too familiar with iPad stuff. Any of my Android stuff I just plug it in and it shows up as another drive. Her iPad seems to show up as a camera or something and there's nothing on it. What do I need to do to make this work?
