Yea hi,

My Toshiba windows xP laptop will not play sound. Also to this will not play youtube videos. Help ? Please and thanks for your time

sounds like you dont have your chipset drivers installed probly,i would suggest downloading latest drivers from tosiba website and make sure you also install audio driver to.

Check the Sound Playback setting:

 

 

 

Make sure the default device is your sound card.

if you go to toshiba.com and put in your made of laptop and then go to drivers and support then pick your operating system it will have all drivers there.
