Excellent. So now we know the bulk of the space is in the User profiles which is what I would expect. Hit the plus sign to the left of the Users folder and do the same thing (document the stats for the users that are listed).

Thanks.

Note: This tool has a menu option named Clean Up. Please don't use this option as you can accidentally delete critical files preventing your machine from booting.

That's fine. We still need to clean up more space. Can you follow the steps in my previous post? This will help us identify where we need to look to clean up more.

Thanks.

Excellent. Now click on the plus sign next to the Public folder and provide the stats for the top 4 folders.

Also open up the myriam folder and provide the stats for the top 4 folders.

Thank you.

Thanks for the information. That gave me enough to go on. Please follow the instructions below and provide the log.

Step#1 - FRST Fix

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.Attached File  fixlist.txt   93bytes   168 downloads
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
2. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator. The program will check for a new version and if found will update itself. Please allow the update.
3. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
4. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

ok, I will, but, I am transferring a bunch of photos to a flash drive so I can delete them on here.

Also, I just purchased 8 gb of ram.

Will that help at all?

Should I install ram before or after the FRST scan?

You already have 6GB of RAM which appears to plenty. Let's please not put the RAM in until we have finished. That unnecessarily complicates things. Thank you.

Yes probably too long. I don't see it attached. Can you try again? If it's too large to attach you can use a service such as https://www.sendspace.com/ or OneDrive or DropBox. With these services you upload the file to them and provide a link to the attachment.

Let me know if you need assistance.

Thanks.
