Hello,

Your Java is out of date.
Note
Due to multiple security problems with Java we are now recommending that it not be installed unless you absolutely know you need it.

Your Adobe reader is out of date.
Up-Date adobe reader from Here. Please See "optional" offer for McAfee Scanner or any other offers you may see. Un-Check them before downloading adobe.

Your windows Firewall in on.
Seems to me your "Norton" Anti Virus is providing a Firewall for you. We don't want 2 Firewalls running.

This will turn off the windows Firewall for you.
  • Double click on the OTLicon.jpg to open the program. On Vista/Win7/Win8 right click select Run As Administrator to start the program. If prompted by UAC, please allow it.
  • Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

    :COMMANDS
    [CREATERESTOREPOINT]

    :OTL
    :reg

    :Files

    ipconfig /flushdns /c
    netsh advfirewall reset /c
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off /c

    :Commands

    [emptytemp]
    [resethosts]

  • Make sure all other windows are closed.
  • Click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run uninterrupted. The computer should reboot when the scan is done. If not, please reboot the computer.
  • Post the log that is found in C:\_OTL\Moved Files in your next reply.
  • Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button.
Let me know when that is done.

OK.

We need to clean up our tools. Could you perform the following exercise below and we will close the topic.

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Run the tool by right click on the 51a5ce45263de-delfix.png icon and Run as administrator option.
  • Make sure that these ones are checked:
    • Remove disinfection tools
    • Purge system restore
    • Reset system settings
  • Push Run.
  • The program will run for a few seconds and display a notepad report.
    Paste it for my review.
