I read another forum user's fix which involved FRST.  I used FRST64 and have an output file but I'm not sure what to do with it. (read this: http ://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/448339/windows-failed-to-start-system-repair-cant-discover-problem/)
I tried the same fixes with no resolution.  Can get to cmd prompt from startp recovery.  How do I use the FRST output file?

Hi what happened prior to the non-booting ?

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST

Start FRST as before and press Fix
On completion try a normal boot
