At the far right-hand side of the screen the manual scroller that you can move up and down has disappeared.   I think it is because the screen has decided to widen itself.   I have tried zooming smaller but the manual up-and-down  scroller still isn’t there anymore at the far right-hand side of the screen.

How can I bring it back?  Grateful for comments.  Thank you.

Sorted.  My own fault.  Recently I bought a new mouse and it re-configured the PC when I plugged in the USB for the mouse.  It's reconfiguration replaced the right-hand side scroller with the wheel on the mouse now doing the up and down scrolling.

Thank you again and Best regards Frank
