Hopefully someone can help me here, Its a bit of a strange question I guess to ask here.

I bought my computer especially for the sims 3 and all its expansions. At first it worked fine but then once I started downloading from origin  and adding expansion packs it would start to crash. Itried everything including changing the DEP but it still crashes.  I messed around with the graphic card setting and the sims setting all on its lowest setting. I tried optimizing. Graphic card is uptodate as I recently installed its newest version. I am not very skilled with the computer and Im limited with what I can do but I just can't seem to find a solution. Apparently its not the computer but the game itself internally because uninstalling and reinstalling back have not helped the issue.  I also have a folder full of handful of crash reports that I just can't make out how to solve for. am i doom? was I tricked into buying this computer and should just buy a new one that WILL work, or is it a graphic card issue seeing how I can't seem to find this graphic card anywhere, especially for the sims 3 approval list?

Any suggestion or solutions?

:welcome:   MissKay,

It may be nothing to do with the game or your system specs, for a quick check see what Can You Run It says, system analyser tool here let us know what it reports.
