need to install webcam and drivers anyone have any ideas

Do you have a webcam that you bought or do you need drivers for your laptop's built in webcam? You can always find drivers for your laptop on the manufacturer's website here. If you're not sure what to download try the manufacturer's hardware vendor detection utility.

What hazard209 told you is right, however, I feel like we can assist you a bit more on finding these drivers
May I know if you're using Windows 8 or 8.1, as well as the 32 or 64-bits version of it? These information can be found by right-clicking on the Windows logo at the bottom of your screen, then selecting System. These information should then be displayed right in front of you.
