I have checked on the URLs that you reported. VirusTotal scans on the URLs, and the resulting IP address they resolve to, show this is most possibly a case of crying "wolf". It seems that at one time this IP may have served spam or malware at one time (via an unfiltered link to a Internet Backbone (T1/T3) provider [information at Robtex.com here]) so that whenever anything resolves to 67.159.200.132, Avast will block it and / or give a warning.

I believe that this is a matter that should be handled with Avast directly. Their forum is located here and they handle their customers very professionally. You can provide links to this thread as it will give logs for them to read and work with.
