windows 7 wont start or restore

Updating Windows, had 101 updates. WheN system rebooted I had tried to over clock it and unlock cores. Tried to cmos. Now it won't finish loading Windows or restore.

After the updates did the computer load windows?

Did it fail after you over clocked it?
