IObit was still listed in Revo even though it was already uninstalled so Revo got some registry entries and the Start Menu stuff.

Looks like a clean bill of health, so let's run Delfix again to remove the tools and purge the restore point that was created earlier. That restore point has the file that Bit Defender quarantined.
  • Download Delfix from here
  • Ensure Remove disinfection tools is ticked
    Also tick:
    • Create registry backup
    • Purge system restore
    delfix.jpg
  • Click Run
The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Please paste the log in your next reply.
