Hey guys, it's my first post so beat with me

I'm looking to build a comp with the specs below and could use some advice since its my first build and I'm better with software than choosing hardware

Bitfenix colossus case
I5 4670k
Samsung evo 840
1tb wd blue
Corsair 600w semi mod
Gtx 750ti nvidia
Corsair vengeance 16gb
H87m plus Intel s1150 Asus atx (still not 100% on which one I should get so advice on this would be great)

Price isn't too much of an issue but I don't want to go too crazy

Thanks in advance

Please hgiv us a little more info.

What will be the main use for the computer?

In which country will you purchase parts? (Zip code if the US)

Do you have a OS to install?   Thanks.

It will be a mix of gaming and work (Web development) I live in England so I'll probably order most of the parts rather than getting them around here and no OS as of yet

Thanks for the infor.

I hope you understand that my comments/suggestions are to get the best performance/balance for your budget and in no way a criticism of your selections.

MB.   Yours is a maxcro form factor, very crowded, more difficult to work on, less efficient heat dispersion, also last generation series 8 with less feature than the series 9, which I listed.

The Asus has WiFi/bluetooth, if you don't want it, the Asrock is excellent.

MB comparison, > http://www.newegg.co...157-503:$$$$$$$

RAM.   For gaming 8GB is the sweet spor, any more and it will just sit there not being used.  The G.Skill is low profile, Cas 8, slightly better performance.

PSU.   Corsair RM550 80+ gold, fully modular, single GPU support.

SSD.   Does not come with a mounting adaptor, if you case does not have a 3.5 to 2.5 adaptor, let us know.

HDD.   Gone Seagate, a bit quieter, (personal choice)

Case, Is the listed one correct?

GPU. The 750ti is a mid range card and may disapoint.   If your budget allows, go as high as you can afford.

A build for your consideration. > http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/hrw6P6

NB. Please check.   The case only comes with a front and top fan, you defiantly need a rear fan to achieve good air flow.

Just got home, bloody night shifts lol
Had a proper look and I really like it but is there any way to bring the price down a little bit without losing too much quality? And Is there anything else I would need to add to the list or us that the lot?

Have to go out for a couple of hourss then come back with a list.

Meantime, you are paying for bling with the case and you don't need a full tower.   Have a look at the GX 700, well built quality case I recommend all the time, always very satisfied users.

Gday.

MB slightly less features than the Extreme6, stillgood quality and will support all hardware, > http://www.asrock.co...l/Z97 Extreme4/

GX 700 case.

SSD, MX 100, almost identical performance to the Evo, but you don't get software.

Could shave another £10/15 off by changing the PSU but prefer not.

was £901.56 now £779.32  > http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2LzY8d

You are most Welcome.

As you are not in a rush, you may be able to find cheaper parts by using Static Ice or a convenient shop for pick up. > http://www.staticice.co.uk/ go the advance search tab.
