Hello,

How is the computer running right now ? What issues and what browser are still having problems ?

You have Malwarebytes installed can you run a scan, I'll provide instructions you can skip the download part.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to your desktop
Install the progamme and select update
Once it has updated select Settings > Detection and Protection
Tick Scan for rootkits

MBAMsettings.JPG

Go back to the Dashboard and select Scan Now

MBAMScan.JPG

If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button, MBAM will ask for a reboot.

MBAMLog.JPG

On completion of the scan (or after the reboot) select View Detailed Log
Select Export > Select text file and save to the desktop

Hello,

Since quite a bit of time has transpired between posting please delete your copy of Farber Recovery Scanner from the desktop and re-Download it to the desktop. Please delete any FRST Logs, Addition.txt and fixlogs from the desktop, so no confusion arises with new log reports.

Then

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Please copy and paste log back here.
  • The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.
In your next reply post:
  • FRST.txt
  • Additions.txt
Thanks
Joe :)
