Hey RebelGamer137,

I had a quick look over the Trillian Support Community, which I highly recommend you check out if you have not already done so.

A few questions:

  1. How long does the session stay connected before disconnecting?
  2. Any changes made to the system just before the issue started?
  3. It looks like the current version of Trillian is v5.5.0.19; can you verify this is the version you have installed?
  4. Do you have a software firewall installed (even if it's just Windows Firewall)

If you have the luxury of testing on another computer or mobile device then I would recommend that as well. Anything we can do to isolate the issue would be helpful.

Good luck!

If you do not believe you have the most updated version then I would recommend attempting the update. If there is an "About" or "Help" menu in Trillian then you may be able to find the version number to compare against the most recent.
