turn Windows Features On/Off box is blank

I tried to access turn Windows Features On/Off through the control panel. The box is blank. I ran sfc /scannow and it found no problems.  Any suggestions?

Could you maybe add a picture of what it looks like? Also you could have a program that is managing your network, try to see if you have any of those programs (an example is a Anti-Virus).
