TheHotDog,
You are not far off with a decent parts list but you do need to make some changes, unfortunately this will affect the overall cost, see below;
Your aftermarket cooler, a very important thing I must make you aware of is that you do not need the additional heatsink and CPU fan and if you did use it you would void your CPU warranty both AMD and Intel are clear on this, see below;
AMD;
This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if the AMD microprocessor which is the subject of this Limited Warranty is used with any heatsink/fan other than the one provided herewith.

Intel;
damage to the Product due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing;

The case is very low spec in that it only comes with the one 120mm cooling fan fitted, it does not have any front USB 3.0 ports meaning that you will not be able to take advantage of the 3.0 header on the MB and you will need to remove some drive cages for the video card to fit, a better case here
You could add an internal wireless card or you could use a wireless USB dongle instead.
You will not need an add on audio card as the MB has an integrated 7.1 HD audio chip.
Technically speaking you do not need an optical drive as you can install Windows** from a USB device such as a thumb drive, I would however recommend that you do include a DVD burner as they are easier to install Windows and other software from, they are also relatively inexpensive.
** You have not included an OS such as Windows 7 in your list, what will you be using.

The case needs at least one more 120mm cooling fan fitting.
Are you not bothered about voiding your CPU warranty by using an aftermarket cooler.
** You have not included an OS such as Windows 7 in your list, what will you be using.
