Can't connect to the internet wirelessly on laptop

I get a Not connected-No connections are available box. I used to be able to see other connections other than mine. Now there are none. I can connect with ethernet cable. I did asystem restore-to an earlier time-still can't connection

 

 

NM-while with ethernet hookup I did some updating-fixed-ty!
