No good to create a bootable media.

I suppose you don't have also another network card to install on the Desktop?

Nope.. :/

Could it be something with my firewall or something?

Because; it bothers me how my neighbour can perfectly get a connection with my cable..

Could it be that because I connected my devices to my internet at home and now because I'm at another location it is blocked or something?

I've tried some stuff out with firewall settings but not sure if i'm doing them correct etc..

It's possible. Which firewall?

There is another possibility. Do you know how administrate the network you connect to?

I see you use P2P programs that by the way is a easy way to get the computer infected with malware...

also P2P programs uses lot's of bandwidth, sometimes this is not very well accepted by ISP's or if using a shared connection so you should make sure you didn't get blocked because of that.

I don't think so.
