My laptop keeps on restarting with a blue screen appearing. Stating that my PC ran into a problem and has to restart.

What is the brand and model name or number of the notebook.

Had you made any hardware or software changes previous to this first happening.

Has the notebook been dropped or banged at all.

Has the hard drive been making any odd noises or been slow to access.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already, if yes, what steps and what was the outcome.
