Hi Geeks,
I run an electronics business from home. I come here regularly just to get an opinion from others. Everyone knows they are not always correct aand I like to make sure that what I am about to do will more than likely fix the issue.
So here is my issue:
A customer came in with a HP laptop. They had spilled coffee on the laptop. They said they cleaned it the best they could, but there is a problem with their screen. Everytime they moved the screen a little, it would completely screw up. Line go through the screen and makes it really hard to operate because you can not see what you are doing.
I am thinking a wire, although this started happening when they spilled coffee. Also, it doesn't matter what position it is in when you start it up, the screen works perfectly untill you tilt the screen. If you press the power button to put it into stand by and turn it on its fine again.
Any ideas?
