You're asking a tall order. A quick Google search of "smartphone forensics" will show you that there's a lot to be desired.
If this is an ongoing problem (and it's either your phone or your underage child's phone), you may want to look into some kind of "spyware"-like parental control app that can log web access for you. In the meantime, at least follow some basic smartphone security.
If the phone belongs to an adult other than you, this advice could be a violation of your country's wiretapping, surveillance, or other laws. Consult with an attorney first.
