Windows stuck at black screen.

Hello. Today when I was playing a game my PC froze. I restarted it and this is what happens: 1. I see screen that says bios hotkey, after that no windows logo, it's just a black screen with a minus blinking. By the way my CDROM won't open too. How do I fix this.

P.S. No sound from PC exept fans.
