When I go to Control Panel, I don't see Reimage Repair Installation as installed. The Start In directory for this app seems to be missing: C:\Users\DAVE\AppData\Local\Temp

The Target for this app is C:\Users\modar_000\Downloads\ReimageRepair.exe /ResumeInstall=1 /Language=1033 /pxkp=Delete

Shall I just delete the shortcut?

Yes, delete the icon, and delete the ReimageRepair.exe file in the C:\Users\modar_000\Downloads directory.

I've followed the rest of the steps that you recommended, including installing UnChecky and CryptoPrevent.

I plan to use Windows Defender and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware moving forward (along with CryptoPrevent).

Thank you so much!
